Shipping Policy


Please note that on certain items fulfillment and shipping is delayed due to the lingering effects from COVID19.  Most items ship within 1-3 business days, but some DTG (direct to garment printed) and custom items such as embroidery, mugs, etc. may take a few days longer for fulfillment but will ship within 7-10 business days.   Thank you in advance for your purchase and your patience as we work together.


For specialty items such as embroidery items and mugs, to ensure arrival for Christmas, orders should be submitted by Dec. 11, 2021.



We currently use the United States Postal Service or Priority Mail (USPS) within the US. All of your shipments are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via email within 2-5 business days of your order.

We do not process exchanges for items unless the wrong size/item was shipped as an error on our end.  Please note that all tops are UNISEX sizes and it is recommended to size down one size for women. 

Once your order has been shipped, J Expressions accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) J Expressions is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent (USPS for US customers & Your local postal service for International customers). Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, J Expressions cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
